Need your suggestions on below as my wife will submit application this month in Canada.

1- Educational Documents Attested from local Kachehri are enough or I should submit original?

3-Should I go for upfront medical before submitting application or wait?

2- Can we use movie stills as photos ?

Notary attested documents are fine, police certificate and medical proof should be original, and obviously photos no video..

In my opinion attested photo copies of academic certificates should be sufficient.

If you don't have photos for some important moments of all occasions then take photos from movie (movie stills).
May be in the cover letter, add that we did not have photos of all important moments and we have used movie stills.

These days sponsorship approval is taking around 35 days, if you don't go for upfront medical then in any case you will require the medical certificate after 35 days when your file reaches LVO. Now choice is yours, you want to go for upfront or not.
The medical certificate is valid for one year and the one entry visa issued will be valid till the expiry of the certificate (one needs to enter Canada before the expiry of the visa).

it should be 1st page of atip notes under Group # 1-78XHOYD
I really hope ur husband's group is same

My group number is 1-78XHOYD as well...what does that mean?

I'm a march 2015 applicant... Additional documents were requested in sep 2015 and Remedical is done in november 2015... And stilll waiting for a response..... I've seen some applicant of june 2015 who got their DM now a days....

I'm a March applicant as well...still waiting..but waiting for Interview...we weren't even requested to re do the medical yet.

You can enter Canada till the last day of validity of your visa. The date is normally the expiry of the medical certificate.

Another question i wanted to ask, once someone gets the visa how long can we stay in Pakistan to wrap things up here before going?

Yesterday I sent another C.S.I to LVO regarding return of my original documents and got replied back today. It may help other's who are waiting to get their documents back from LVO.

Wait till the status changes from In process to Decission Made. My suggestion would be wait for one more week and if nothing comes from them then send a CSE.

I had my interview done on March 17 2016. Status changed from In process to Decission Made last week.

Most of the applicants go for upfront medical

Include for yourself and each of your family members, proof of completion of the upfront medical
examination from the Panel Physician.
