Hi all

I applied for spouse sponsorship in may 2014 and now i moved to canada 9 months ago.
But i never got my document back from CIC. The entire application package is lost.
I provided them with all original documents. Even my degree and other educational documents.
I have emailed london visa office so many times but i didnt get any response back. What should i do?
I have no proof of education.
Everything i earned in my life is lost.
Please anyone suggest what should i do. Thanks

THAT'S SO UNFAIR. the reason we give the originals is that we beleive they'l be returned to us!
werna original to ham kabi apni rooh ko bi na dein ke bachoo yeh low photocopy kerdeingay, original abi wpas kero...gawd! :'(

In how many days your passport return back?

PPR = 16-Feb-2016
PP submitted (VFS KHI) 22-Feb-2016
PP received at CHC(ISB) on 23-Feb-2016
E-mail received for Dispatch of PP 31-Feb-2016
Got a Call to collect PP from VFS KHI 01-Apr-2016

Note: I enquired(email) on 29-Feb-2016 to LVO, got confirmation of that Enquiry, but no other reply, instead I got PP dispatch email on 31-Feb-2016. I also called yesterday, after receiving dispatched pp email, to VFS, enquiring "what date do I have to collect my pp" They told me, I can collect it any day from Monday. But its been available even today.

you should make a petition to the MP.
In addition, I suggest you to request for notes. It may take upto one month but it is only a matter of spending CAD 5/= (Five dollars) + postage. From the notes you will be able to view the data entries of your file, the dates, initials and remarks of officers who were handling your original documents and also the entire processing of your application. With such information you can chase the CIC for getting your orginal certificates back.

Yeh documents wala mazak to bilkul b qaabl e bardasht nhn hai...hum log sanbhal sanbhal k rakhte hain aor unhen care hee nahi...9 month is a duration really and on top of it as per his saying they r not replying to his email about his original documents
Feeling sorry for everyone who hasn't received their original documents back after such a long time!

Are the original documents returned to the sponsor at the canadian address or are they returned to principal applicant at pakistani address?

Should I now go for caips notes or for case specific enquiry?
What's the most suitable and which one will provide me the exact situation in short time period or should I still wait for a wek ek or two more ???

how was your interview did officer said you passed and will send PPR soon? if yes then send them email or enquiry otherwise wait 1 or 2 more weeks, my self had interview on 8 march and officer said will send me PPR soon but yet no news, I pray that we all get DM and PPR soon inshah allah,

Nahi yaar no interview no nothing after remedical...

I heard that they need to complete background checks and meanwhile they ask for remedical that's y sometimes it takes some time in some cases...???
