You do not require a Schengen airport transit visa, if you:

Hold a valid visa or residence permit issued by a Schengen state.
Hold a visa valid for a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area, Canada, Japan or the United States.
Hold a valid residence permit issued by a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Hold a residence permit issued by the Principality of Andorra, Canada, Japan, the Republic of San Marino, or the United States, that guarantees unrestricted right of return.
Are a family member of a citizen of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland.
Hold a diplomatic passport.
Are on-duty aircrew and a national of a country that is a party to the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation.

Best option is to call Airlines it self.

Thanks :)
I just chkd with KLM n they said no transit visa is needed
It only required if you change the airlines!!

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

AoA Everyone,

This is the first time I am posting on here as I'm really excited to see the status changed to Decision Made today for stage 2. From reading the timeline for different forum members I noticed it's usually about a week after the DM that the PPR is received. Is this correct?

I wanted to thank all of you as I have been closely following this forum and getting guidelines from this at different stages of the application.

I wish everyone best of luck and hopefully everyone hears the good news soon. Insha Allah..

Again thanks alot for all your help.

I have a question for people who have submitted their passports to VACs for COPR i.e. do I need to put my information in the form that is supposed to be filled out as attached with the PPR? I am the sponsor and I am a Canadian Citizen. I will be traveling with my wife just for the sake of giving her company in 14 hours long PIA flight and I know that they do not need my passport but it asks to put information of the family members accompanying and also to submit pictures.

Thanks in advance!

No it means family members who are part of the application and their visas are to be stamped, nothing to do with accompanied on flight lol... Congrats dear, my wife asked me the same but could not get the time off work, hence bought a Business class ticket for $3000. PIA so she could travel with ease.

Note that the IMM Visa in passport will allow you to change planes @ Amsterdam on the way to Canada. (one-way only).

But if you have a return journey, you will need to show you have a PR Card, or transit visa for Europe because the IMM-Visa will be used up already upon entry to Canada. So check carefully for the return journey so that you don't face issues, also confirm with travel agent. The PR Card takes about 2-3 months to arrive. IF you're not leaving Canada without the PR Card, then no issues.
The possession of a PR Card allows visa-free airport transit in Europe for Pakistan passport holders.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

I read somewhere on this forum that they look at cases that require additional documents after the 45 day period is over. Is that correct?

No. Let's say if LVO request for any document on December 01, 2015 and they gave you 45 days but you submitted document on December 10, 2015 they will again start working on your application on same day December 10, 2015

No technical difficulty here the ECAS will be updates in few days, all you need to do is offer lots of prayers that you get PPR soon thats all, to have DM is a main thing ECAS is just info tool. You will get their PPR email before ECAS will be updates.
