I will be travelling alone too with a baby inshaAllah in 3 months. I rather just go straight without stopovers. It can be very hard on baby ears when departing/landing. Plus for a mother to carry baby and luggage, and then have 3 stopovers??? :o I think it's a bit too much.

You can request wheelchair but remember that seniors are given priority. You can have her carry the baby in a small stroller. Airplanes would allow a stroller with the baby

Thanks for your reply. The only concern I had with a local flight like Toronto to Calgary is that their immigration will be done in Toronto and then she have to lift her luggage from one carousal and put it back into that local flights one.

So I have a couple of questions :

1. My wife would be travelling with a 3 month old a bit "Grumpy" daughter :D , what is the best route to book for them.?? The only two routes I am being offered are Khi-Doha-London-Calgary (QATAR) or Khi-Toronto-Calgary (PIA)

2. She is a bit scarred of connections, can I put a "Wheel chair request" for her so that she can be assisted in all of the processes on all airports..? would they entertain such a request with a baby and a stroller.??

It's a long flight for a first timer, better take Karachi/Toronto/Calgary. One can ask assistance from the airport staff. Airport Staff is very nice at Pearson, especially ladies with children. At airport there are some 4 wheels transporters, you can ask for that too, because there is a very long walk at Pearson.

If anyone can PM me if they know a reliable travel agent who can make PIA connections any where in Canada. It will be really helpful
