Finely my brother case has been completed AlamdirullAh he got the visa today. He applied in DEC 2012 whoever applied in 2012 just do not panic they go by time line like 36 months..

No worries!
Normally the 'decision made' status is positive if there aren't any documents request or any complications with the case. Negative decision is normally when not providing the requested documents, and/or after interview. Basically you would know if the decision is negative before the status changes to decision made.

After file transferred i didn't heard any thing from LVO just ecas updates INPROCESS after two months DM.

No additional doc requested and no re-medical :/
Oct.16 medical had expired .... no updates only originals have been returned since september

They should have sent an email in regards to the expiring medical.
My wife's up front medical expired on Oct 15th and on Aug 21 they sent an email with some questions, to see if she could get an extension.
Then they requested a re-medical on Oct 9th.

So send in a case specific enquiry and stay on top of the emails (not sure if you already ordered the notes...I am still waiting for mine)

I was only checking ECAS and almost didn't realise that she received her PPR (accidentally cleared the email notification and it was sitting in the inbox )
ECAS was just changed to DM....after the PPR email...

My wife sponsored me. Due to some family issues we applied late. we lived together in Pak from June, 2013 to April, 2014. After that my wife had to go back to Canada. We have been living far to each other almost 1.5 years. Insha Allah will be together soon.

Alhumdulillah! I have got my PPR on 4th November, 2015.

My timeline is:
Upfront Medical = 18th December, 2014
Application applied = 9th January, 2015
File Transfer to LVO = 14th March, 2015
First Correspondence = 30th March, 2015 (Asked for Pictures again)
Reply back = 4th April, 2015
Status Changed from Application Received to In Process = August, 2015
Second Correspondence = 15 September, 2015 (Asked for Police Character Certificates from Pak and UK, Proof of Marriage and Landing Fee)
Reply back = 8th October, 2015
Third Correspondence = 24th September, 2015 (Asked for Re-medical)
Re-medical done = 7th October, 2015
Forth Correspondence = 4th November, 2015 (Asked to submit Passports)
Reply Back = 6th November, 2015
Status Changed from In Process to Decision Made = November, 2015

Now, i am waiting for my visa

This is what I did and CIC didn't ask about further details for Proof of communication

- from whatsapp menu, choose email communication. it create a txt file.

- next create a word file - In Word - Office 2010
from menu select Page Lay out > Columns 2 - this will create two columns on one page

now copy the desired chat from whatsapp file to word file and print.
now you can paste more information on one page.

I sent around 20 - 30 pages. which is like 40 - 60 pages in total because more information has been compacted on a single page.

take screen shots of calls from Skype
take screen shots of incoming calls if you are in Canada - these are considered more reliable - take print outs and highlight with color marker from the phone number which was called.

create a sheet for people who are in the pictures and write down their relationship to the applicant
around 10 - 15 pictures for each event. specially of rukhsati in which Quran is raised above the girl.
for each picture write down name of people, location event and date

I had my interview in May 2015 and after interview they told us that they need to do some background checks and since then we have been waiting too....

Really??? but why so long? they said on the letter they will take decision on spot and than after 2 years of suspense they still say we have not made decision yet...are u kidding me...

Did they get your re medicals with interview?

According to the notes my file was in the interview lineup since early 2014....

Here is my time line:

Visa Office......: London, UK
App. Filed.......: 11-January-2014
File Transfer...: 12-February-2014
Med's Request: 25-September-2015
Interview letter received: 25-September-2015
Interview date:18-November-2015
Decision: Not made yet

To simplify, I applied in January 2014 and only got the application received letter and send to London letter. no response or letter after that than i ended up going to my local MP September 8th 2015 she got back to me on September 21 that my file is in interview line up. After 4 days i got 2 emails one for interview and one for re medical.

I am not sure how much time it stayed in line but for sure going to MP helped bring file up. I hope it helps you as well.

We have received our original docs back today from TCS's Visatronix Karachi. However, we realised that photographs, FRC and wife's house job certificate were missing in the package.

If you are not aware there is a spreadsheet which tracks applications being processed in London visa office, so it is not just specifically for Pakistani applicants.

The link to the spreadsheet is in my signature. The more data we have on the spreadsheet the better it is.

If you would like to be added please provide the following info (provide the parts you know):

-Date application received in Mississauga
-Whether you applied as Married or Common-Law
-Date of sponsor approval
-Which office is processing Phase 2 of your application (will say on your sponsor approval letter/email)
-Date the permanent residence status changed to In Process on ECAS
-Date(s) of any other requests you've had
-Whether or not the principal applicant is non-visa exempt (if non-visa exempt) provide the applicant's nationality
-Decision Made date
-Date you received your visa
-Current location of the principal applicant- closest major city is fine if you don't want to be too specific!
-Date of medical exam

they keep all the documents just sends back originals. Although if the above docs you mentioned were original you should do a Case specific inquiry. Coz I got back my FRC and photographs, although my wife's original job certificates and letters were not sent back.

aoa. Congratulations . Plz inform me now a days how much medical fee take cic doctor panel per person? How much photoes are need for medical test examination ? Thanks in advance. Naveed

Fee for one person (adult) is Rs. 4920/- and Rs. 2520/- for a baby. and you need atleast 2 photos but take 4 photos with you just in case.

Yes they did. We also provided all other docs they requested. I applied in 2012
