I have a question... Can i stay for one or two days in UK during my flight to canada?? Does it need vissa??

And wots the shipment process, where should I contact?

If you have a Pakistani passport and You are not PR of Canada, you cannot even TRANSIT through UK.
Visiting UK, even if you are a PR of Canada, requires a VISIT VISA, whose avg. processing time is 4 weeks.

you can visit the website to apply for UK visa online from Pakistan.

This has been answered atleast zillion times. The 47 months time actually reflects the time LVO took to process 80% of the applications and that was because tons of applications were transferred from Islamabad applied since 2012- 2013. Since beginning of 2014 files went directly to LVO.

So, in short Pakistani Spousal Sponsorships take 12 months on an average.
Thanks

The slow week was over on Friday.. LVO is off on Saturdays and Sundays.. Hope to see a lot of DMs and PPRs in this week..

Guys,

Wanted to know if anyone just received their and their spouses birth certificate in mail. I did not receive any other original documents such as Marriage certificate, police certificate pictures...

I dont even know if this is a good sign or not.

I am a bit annoyed by lack of transparency by LVO about application as we cannot set proper expectations. Looks like judging from others timeline is not really a good approach as well as the decisions are all over the place.

I have ordered notes but still 18 days after from receiving notes.

For those who received their originals back, are we expected to get our whole application package (chats logs, pictures, originals documents) back excluding the forms.

When I received my documents back in September, they sent back all the pictures, nikkah nama, transcripts, and birth certificates.
Getting these back is a sign that they have deemed them original and do not require them any more.
I did not receive the chat logs or any other copies of letters/cards/receipts or explanations I sent. The original documents were all we were worried about, thus we were glad to get them.

I think everything else stays with them, and they shred it once they a decision has been made.

In my case they came back to me (sponsor)

I have heard of them being mailed back to the applicant, but I think that might have been when the processing office was in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Dear Brothers and Sisters

I had received an e-mail a few months back that my application had been forwarded to the London visa office.

In my application, we did not initially do a medical exam as it was our understanding that they ask for the medical once you send in the application.

In the e-mail we received, it stated that application has all the correct documents but the medical exam is missing.

The e-mail stated to take a copy of the letter in the e-mail and get the medical done at IOM in Pakistan.

Once we did that, the clinic advised us that they will forward a copy to CIC London office.

Just last week I received an e-mail that again asked for a medical...

Is there a way of me knowing if they received the 1st medical or not?

Does CIC reply to e-mails? The one I sent the reply with the inquiry to were:

LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

These were listed in the e-mails I received...

Once you do your medical, they give you a paper which has the applicant information on it. You have to send that paper to London visa office via courier and scan that paper as well and send them in email also. (both by courier and email as well). Make sure you write the file number on cover letter and envelope as well. Also reply to that email you received by scanning that paper.

Firstly, you should not be waiting for CIC to request RPRF payment.
Scan the completed receipt and send thru Case Specific Enquiry and email to CPC Mississauga. Include the application file number in the subject "*Urgent* RPRF Payment Receipt - F000xxxxxxx"
Please check the FAQ, it will have email address for CPC-M.
Secondly, I can't predict timelines as each case varies and I don't know internally when they would look at your case file again.
3) Yes, if you book ticket early its normally cheaper. You should check with different travel agents for quotes and airline sites.

Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office

Hi everyone,

I have question for our members who have received Re-Med requests.

My spouse received the Re-Med request. He called the Karachi Panel Physician phone number. They asked him to call Islamabad number. He called Islamabad number, where there is an automated message asking to send an email to canmedpk@iom.int. He has send the remed appointment request to that email address. I just want to make sure this is the correct flow. As he has to contact Panel Physicians within 7 days, I just want to make sure he has not missed any step.

I would really appreciate your help.

thanks,

Hi,

So does this mean that the clinic already submitted my report via e-medical. But they also need me to submit the receipt that they gave to me?
