Hello!

Yes, it is normal for an ADR document to show as "uploaded - not submitted to IRCC" after you have uploaded it to your GCKey account. This means that the document has been successfully uploaded to your account, but it has not yet been submitted to IRCC.

To submit an ADR document to IRCC, you will need to click on the "Submit" button. This will send the document to IRCC for processing.

If you are still concerned about the status of your ADR document, you can contact IRCC for more information.

Here are some tips for submitting an ADR document to IRCC:

  • Make sure that the document is in the correct format. IRCC accepts PDF, JPEG, and PNG files.
  • Make sure that the document is not too large. The maximum file size for an ADR document is 10MB.
  • Make sure that the document is clear and easy to read.
  • Double-check the information in the document before you submit it.

Eligibility and background in progress still.
Got remedial request today. The wait time is so frustrating anyone with similar experience?

As u said it is so frustrating. I think i am the longest waiting applicant, here is my time line:
Application submitted : 25 November 2020.
A.O.r: 29 January 2021
SA: March 2021
Biometric: Exempted (Previously Given For TRV application)
Medical Request: 26th April 2021
Medical submitted 25 May, n passed 30th may 2021,
Eligibility in progress: 19 November 2021,
Adr : 22 November 2021
Adr submitted : 25 November 2021
Eligibility completed: 07 September 2022
Pre Arrival services letter: 8th September 2022
Adr : 15th September 2022
Adr submitted: 22 September 2022
Background check start in progress: 15 march 2023
Its almost 32 months are wasted and stillllll waiting. No request for 3rd time adr or 2nd time re medical, hope it will help you to hv patience like me.

Oh my god that’s too much of a wait time. I don’t know what’s taking them so long to process our applications. Did you have a trv before? We are thinking now to apply for a trv after I have my second medical done.

Also can anyone help guide me on the trv application those who have applied already with their spousal applications in progress? What’s the update on trv?

I have not approved trv before, coz of strong ties in canada, you should apply for trv, after the announcement i also applied for trv on 8th of june 2023 there is no update till now, just a ghost update.

First time ADR Request:

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Pakistan - we require an updated police certificate as the one on file issued over 12 months ago. This must be received at this office by: 2021/12/10

 > Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature Updated Schedule A required, as one on file completed over 12 months ago. This must be received at this office by: 2021/12/10

 > IMM5562: Supplementary Information - Your Travels Updated Supplementary Information Your Travels, as one on file completed over 12 months ago. This must be received at this office by: 2021/12/10

 > Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures Updated Additional Family Information required, as one on file completed over 12 months ago

Second Time ADR Request:
