Have u sent any email to LVO for query..what they say? under background checks?

i hire a laywer so he said they just need to finalize the file.Its on waiting to make a final decision.Then i talk to my Mp they said the same thing.Hopefull this month my Mp said.

Re medical done on 17 feb and interview was on 14th march

In the same boat as urs, had interview 13 march. Do update me as soon as u hear any update.

I'm new here, I just need help,I'm filing out forms but I'm not sure about the photo speciation. Can some body help me what's the correct form to use and how many pictures are needed.
And where can I get nikanama traslation , I live mississauga

U gave interview at islamabad ? My interview was also on 14th at islamabad

Hi,
Photo size is 50x70mm and its bigger than passport size photos. So tell your photographer that you need photos in this size. You need to submit 2 photos. You can get your Nikah Namma translated from any Kachehri in Pakistan. If the Nikah Namma is in Canada than you need to find a authorized translator.

No actually im.thr sponsor n husband is being sponsored . We both attended interview and they told us theyll reply within 1 month to 3 months time.nothing said abt security chks

CIC isn't accepting proxy marriages anymore
I don't know if proxy marriages are legal in Pakistan or not. You got to ask a lawyer about this.

That's what I'm concerned about as it is mentioned on CIC web site that Proxy marriage isn't accepted as of 2015. I had my nikkah in 2013, at that time this rule wasn't effective.
I don't have children but I had an unfortunate miscarriage & have reports of that stating my husband's name. I'm considering to attach those with my application. Beside that, I've pictures of my 3 day wedding ceremony.
I don't think we can alter Nikkah date to marriage date.

yes but i would still suggest to get advice from a lawyer.
