I am not entirely sure. i think its better that LVO receives all correspondence directly from the PA. Her brother can send her the PCC and she can then send all docs directly together.

I AM SPONSORING MY WIFE FROM PAKISTAN TO CANADA . I AM A BIT CONFUSED ABOUT SOME STUFF IF ANY ONE CAN HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

IMM 5669 Background Schedule A : Do i need to fill this from (I am Canadian citizen) or only my wife?
IMM 5406 Additional Family information : Same question do i need to fill this or only my wife?

Regarding police certificate : My wife lived in one city since she was born but moved with me to different city 2 months ago. Now DO WE NEED TO GET POLICE CERTIFICATE FROM BOTH CITIES OR ONLY ONE? (note in pakistan they make police certificate city wise)

No the sponsor do not need to fill 5669 and 5406. She only need to get Police certificate from the where she lived all her life. If she lived in different district for more than 6 months than she would need the certificate from that district.

Ok guys so i did my remedical on 17 november and today my medical went from review in progress to passed..i hope this process ends soon for me and for the rest of nov dec apllicants.

So guys, I got my GCM notes just now.

I read the notes and everything seems good mashallah. In the notes, it indicates that we are well-matched, similar education/age etc. However, on the first page it says the dreaded "Group name: Interview Islamabad Paper".

The notes indicate that they have received all the required from us. But I need to order another set this week to find out why they think we should be interviewed as after LVO receiving the documents for PFL it says they are satisfied. They also mentioned that LVO understands the reason we've been away from each other was because of TRV refusal.

More waiting game for me to see when we get interviewed :'( But what I don't understand is that they clearly mentioned that they are satisfied with our application, photos, communication proof, even got special mention for the cover letter in response to the PFL that it was very clear, concise and proved all/any concerns so why the interview?

dammit. is anything redacted? any lines whited out?

i can't imagine a missing urdu nikkah nama being the sole reason for an interview. order a new set of notes and also send them a CSE. they will respond to the latter and let you know whether you're still in the interview queue. perhaps also follow up with your MP and ask them specifically to find out whether they still need an interview.

Yes, there were 4 lines whited out. But that was to send PFL as they were missing Nikkah Nama and weren't sure if we classify as family class. Then there's the confirmation that they have received the response to PFL then again 4 - 5 lines whited out with a "Conclusion: I am satisfied that PA and SPO are legally married and have a child in common"

So, I will get in touch with my MP, order notes again and send CSE too. This is my worst nightmare came to life!
