Hi All,
Is there any one whose principal applicant has stayed in Saudi Arabia for more than 6 months. I just wanted to know that if there is any one who has been asked by visa office to submit saudi police certificates.

They will definately ask you for police certificate if u stayed in any country for more than 6 months.

yes you can. you have to explain more like your family support you after ur husband immigration. bcz you are not doing job your family provide u and ur husband basic life needs like food, accommodation and you must explain Visa officer that you will doing job after study.

I guess shes asking if the sponsor is in canada and husband is somewhere else

Ok guys so i did my remedical on 17 november and today my medical went from review in progress to passed..i hope this process ends soon for me and for the rest of nov dec apllicants.

on his MYCIC

Eligibility is REVIEW IN PROGRESS

One of my friend, JUNE applicant got Police certificate request ONLY from all countries his wife lived since age of 18.

What date did your friend submit his/her application?

Maybe Eligibility is passed but still not updated. i think PCC is part of security/criminality (Back Ground)

I AM SPONSORING MY WIFE FROM PAKISTAN TO CANADA . I AM A BIT CONFUSED ABOUT SOME STUFF IF ANY ONE CAN HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

IMM 5669 Background Schedule A : Do i need to fill this from (I am Canadian citizen) or only my wife?
IMM 5406 Additional Family information : Same question do i need to fill this or only my wife?

Regarding police certificate : My wife lived in one city since she was born but moved with me to different city 2 months ago. Now DO WE NEED TO GET POLICE CERTIFICATE FROM BOTH CITIES OR ONLY ONE? (note in pakistan they make police certificate city wise)

Is it OK if Her brother send her PAKISTANI PCC from PAKISTAN to LVO by writing her name on envelop?
AND
She send her QATARI PCC from QATAR by herself?

Do LVO have any objection on this ?

I am not entirely sure. i think its better that LVO receives all correspondence directly from the PA. Her brother can send her the PCC and she can then send all docs directly together.
