No, according to CIC website you dont have to provide police certificates for Saudi Arabia if you are non Saudi living outside of Canada. The CIC website also states that if some visa office ask you, then you should just write that olice certificate cannot be provided as they are not available for non saudi citizens outside Saudia".
Any one receiving request fro London visa office police certifcates for Saudia when an individual is not residing in Saudia any more. ?

You should also post it as a separate thread on the forum, others would also give you input.

According to cic website u have to provide pcc from every country where u have resided for more than 6 months. Don't know if saudia provide pcc to people who not in saudia anymore.

Honestly, I don't get it. In my notes, it's clearly stated that they are satisfied with our marriage, the events (based on 200 people who attended and have provided pictures), our clothes were according to the cultural norm, we were comfortable with each other in the pictures, provided multiple pictures of various events with our kid, my Passport proves that I've done the visits, consistent communication. The notes doesn't say anywhere that I need to be interviewed or they are suspicious or there's something fishy. Just the first page indicates that I'm the Group for Islamabad's interview. Can I get it waived somehow by providing more evidence? But what more can I provide?

I've sent an email to my MP, waiting for her call-back.

that's why i'm so curious about the text they redacted. what's the VO's closing comments regarding their decision on PA eligibility? it's usually something along the lines of "i have entered ___ under eligibility".

No, Naveed ur information is not correct. This may be because PCC rules for Saudia are exception. Please check this link specifically for Saudia. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/mid-east/saudi-arabia.asp.
If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

Any way my question is not about we need or not , it is about whether LVO ask this or not. I dont want to waste 2 months for their routine question and my reply. LVO usually think generally and not specifically. Thinking of whether should i provide this upfront or not.

Under there were the notes for when they sent us the PFL to say since we 'didn't' (which we did, we TOTALLY did!!) provide nikka nama along with our kid's birth certificate, they are concerned that we may not be a member of the family class and our application might be refused.

After that there is another note to say "Response to PFL received. Cover letter and requested documents received. Conclusion: I am satisfied PA and SPo are legally married".

How do we find out what was redacted? There's a lot of white out.

I received a PFL since LVO was missing our Nikkah Nama. I haven't had a doc request yet.

They were also missing our daughter's birth certificate. Both were sent the same day when the PFL was sent.

The only thing they asked is for missing Nikah nama and daughter birth certificate. Might b they need to just reconfirm these things in interview. As u know our appication starts with solid proof of Nikah nama. Alongside this can you plez check what is exact date when they add interview required in GCMS. Is it before Document request or after ? What are VO initials in requesting letter? Is it same on GCMS who is requesting interview?

That could be true, however, no where in the notes does it mention that I need an interview. In the notes, however, it clearly states that the VO is satisfied that we are legally married.

I saw the interview thing on the first page of the notes, 15th line down which says: Group Name is where I saw "Interview Islamabad Paper"

Good news FM. It is a matter of week(s) or may be days. Check your ecas regularly, many applicants getting DM on ecas followed by PPR by Mycic.

After all the positive notes of the officer, and the fact that you provided the Nikah nama and birth certificate, there is no apparent reason for interview. May be the interview group was entered before you provided the documents. In any case, your MP should help you to find out if you are scheduled for an interview.
