Again the same question.
I have sent updated schedule A and proof of residency of my wife currently living in Canada. what will be next step as my upfront medical was expired too and is background check is under going or they will start after the medical.

Make sure that your wife keeps a lookout for emails from international.gc.ca. she will most likely be the recipient when they ask for a remedical.

One general query. I have applied in Dec 2014 but I didn't received AOR as I mentioned in my last thread that I got email from CIC to send IMM0008 again in Feb. I did send in Late Feb so I believe they will work on my application when they will process Feb applications. Although its wastage of 6 months but Khair....
I want to apply for Canada's Visit visa to visit my wife. What do you recommend on this.
Currently I am having UK multiple entry business visitor visa valid for 1.5 Year and also US multiple entry visit visa for 5 years.
I did traveled in UK twice and once for US recently also have some other travel history in past 5 years.
Is this make sense to apply for visit visa and chances for approval?

Brother! From my experience I'll suggest don't risk ur case since u have US visa ho US and tell your wife to come thr and keep the proof and recording of each and everything. Hope this info is helpful

Roshanee had a visitor visa to visit her husband in Canada.
But I think this was before the sponsorship application.
She is very fortunate because her processing time was faster than other members for her PR since the security checks were already completed for her TRV.
Also, it is very difficult to get a TRV during the sponsorship phase.
Sulemanmirza went through great lengths and a lot of paperwork but still got rejected.
I wonder if anybody within the last 2 years successfully got a TRV in parallel with their sponsorship application.

Bro, ok with your travel history you passed the travel history point, but how would you prove that
Do you have a valid reason to visit Canada (meeting your wife is not a reason) ..? reasons are like wife getting graduated, baby getting born etc.
you would leave Canada after some time.?
Do you have any business or any property or any job that you would return to after a month or so of visiting.?
Can you show more than 30 to 40 lacs in your account and show that you would support yourself when in Canada.?

If you can get concrete evidences for all above and all questions other than these can be answered with complete and thorough documents then go for it.
Just think of it in a way they will do whatever they can to reject your visa. So its next to impossible.

The easiest way I see is, use your USA visa goto USA call your wife there and spend time there with her.

...within the next two weeks.

There are also a lot of interviews being conducted in March for 2013 applicants.
I think when they are cleared the pace will pick up a little more in mid-April.

sparky and usmanali should order notes, rest I am in middle of aylia24 and myself777 & ismailNauroz all Aug transfer got some correspondence.

I didn't got anything yet, however I sent voluntarily my wife's pregnancy updates. That can be added to my notes in the spreadsheet . I would be ordering notes at the end of next week probably.

I Got my passport back today from VAC office karachi. It was dispatched on 11th march. I received the call on 12pm to collect it.
It was greatly fast (12 days) compared to 45 days of TCS.
I hope everyone get to their loved ones soon.
I have spent my fair share apart from my wife.
6 years engaged and 1.5 year of marriage and we only spent couple of months together. Still Love is all worth it.
Thank you all for your prayers and best wishes.
I will at least spend a month helping others on this forum after i move to Canada inshaAllah
so keep me in your prayers.
I have seen new members who are ready to take senior member's place very soon.
