nothing yet. i'm not expecting anything until mid november in my case because getting a doc request usually adds a 45 to 60 day delay.

mahamn, did you get your doc request and remed request at the same time? mine were sent like 15-20 minutes apart.

I have a question! They are asking for Updated Schedule A and it says "Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature"

Now does that mean i have to send it through regular mail or can i still upload it through MyCIC?

WOAH!!! background checks are in progress! i didn't even get an email notification, so i don't know when this changed. i am happy today .

send it through courier unless they specifically mention that a scan/photocopy is acceptable. don't take any chances.

I was also demanded updated schedule A 13 days back. I sent scanned copy through email cuz cic themselves asked for scanned copy

Either you can cancel the ticket or still go to Pakistan and bring husband back with you, if he will be ready to come here.

Yeah, dispatched the passport today. I also emailed lvo to ask for expiry date let's see which one gets to me first.

Dispatched from where? From your end or from the Visa office after the visa stamp?
