You mentioned you are in UAE. Did you send your application from UAE or Pakistan?

We are in UAE and Our application has been sent to LVO as my husband is Pakistani. so far I am advised that LVO doesn't send any AOR2. Where can i see your timeline?

If you are the principal applicant you will have to create a GCKEy login and password here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/account.asp

Once you have done that, you will need to check your AOR1 email.. the principal applicant will have recieved an attached pdf in which they have outines how to link your MYCic account using GCkey.
Once you have successfully linked the account, you can check your application status in detail.. However, beware that the CIC website is glitchy and linking it is a bit cumbersome at times.. i successfully did it in the middle of the night Pakistan time..

Please note that you can only access MyCic if you have not used a lawyer or a representative in filing the application. Hope this helps.

What is a GCkey? Did the sponsor get an email or the applicant

Review of eligibility: Passed
Review of medical results: Passed
Review of submitted documents: We need an additional document from the applicant (referring to PPR)
Scheduling an interview:
A background check is needed: Complete

Are you filling in detail as EXACTLY stated in the AOR email? specially the number of applicants? Are you the PA? cause only the PA can do it and not the sponsor.

Anyone has any idea how the LVO proceeds in Dec? Specially since its christmas season there.. does it get sluggish or do they only shut down over holidays?

Also, any news on the reforms Immigration Minister said they will introduce in fall 2016? any signs of relief for us? :'(

So right now there working on Nov-Dec-Jan-Feb....so hopefully by end of this year LVO should be working on Mar-April-May or/and June...but it will be close to the holidays so don't know if LVO will work fast or no... :-[ :-[ :'( :'(

Give it a day and try today or tomorrow. It should work before SA. if you have no dependents then enter 2 in the number of applicants. enter all other informatiom correctly.

ok. why enter 2 in number of applicants? I am the only 1 PA.
