Yes, my husband paid for me too. And we submitted the payment receipt with the application.

I am sponsoring my Pakistani husband from Dubai and his application has been sent to London visa office. I have received no correspondence from Lvo.

I have heard the LVO doesn't send an acknowledgement of receipt upon file transfer.

I think we will be really really lucky if we get PPRs in may 2017.. anything before that wud be a miracle!!
Praying hard for a miracle for all of us specially the nov-dec applicants..

Yes it turned to Review in progress a day before SA and hasn't changed yet. give it a few days....plus we have quite a bit of waiting to do. they are processing Dec, Jan and Feb now.

AND
if someone here who knows bit about their response average time after receiving additional documents so it will be very helpful.

So right now there working on Nov-Dec-Jan-Feb....so hopefully by end of this year LVO should be working on Mar-April-May or/and June...but it will be close to the holidays so don't know if LVO will work fast or no... :-[ :-[ :'( :'(
