Hi Michalie,

This is my short story, my husband sponsoring me from Canada, out application been received in Mississauga on August 16, 2012, and been approved on September 25, 2012.
as well the e-mail indicated that they forwarded the file to the appropriate visa office, which for me its Israel, Tel-Aviv.
now my question for you is how long it took the Israeli Visa Office to send you a letter saying that they have received and they started to work on your file.

Thank you in advance for your reply!!!!

Hi Sab!!

First off congrats on choosing Canada its an AMAZING country!!

Our file seemed to "zip through" the tlv embassy. As soon as they received our file within afew days we received an email to pay the remaining fees and a week later passport request. Once the passport arrived 4 days later they phoned him to pick it up ;)

Hope this help ;)

Hi Michalie!

Thank you for your quick reply :)
I hope our file will be fast as well, because its been already 3 weeks and we didn't received anything :( not phone call or email indicating if they want any more documents!!!
but do you remember more or less how long it took the Tel-Aviv Embassy to receive your file after its been approved in Canada, Mississauga?

Thank you in advance :)

Hi Sab

The intial approval at that time was 3 months. It's less now check the website.

TLV Embassy received our file 2 or 3 week of August. They started processing it on September 11/12 and October 5/12 we received the Passport Request and on Oct 11/12 we where done!!

Like I said previously I'm a Paralegal and prepared an impeccable file. No additional documents request, no interview request no nothing! :)

Hope this helps!

Right...let's see!

He's also self employed. If he writes a letter and I translate 'teoodat osek mourshe' , do u think I need that motorized? Should I show bank statements from his company account?

Everything you have translated must be done by a professional translater with a translation certificate that they provide and notarized by a notary. I can refer you to a good one in Israel (one I use to work with). Private MSG me your email ;)

My advice is provide more than asked it never hurts and can strengthen your case ;)

Hi,

I'm new here.... and I have some questions if anyone knows
Regarding Option C Printout
I'm a canadian citizen and sponsering my spouse.
However, Except for short visits to canada, I never realy worked there. (I took out the SIN when I was 18, but never really worked). Does anyone knows what I should send instead? I have worked in Israel most of my adult life.
