HI Sharona,

You just need to write a letter explaining why you can't send it, explain that you haven't worked in Canadan and therefore haven't filled out tax forms in x years. :)

Hi Sharona,
I had the same situation. what you should do is to write and explain why you don't have the option c (because you've never worked in Canada) and it is best to attach a letter from your employee that your're working in Israel since (what year) to (what year). That's what I have done and I already approved as a sponsor.

To the other fellow's question - my application was sent From CIC Missuauga to Tel-Aviv on August 8th. We got the AOR from tel aviv just a few days ago (stating they got the application on August 13th).

This is what I will do.

I already have a letter from my current employer and will probably need to translate and notorize my 106 for salary, becouse they wouldn't put it on the letter.
