I'm sorry I should have been more clear. It's an inland application so Open WP was granted. and now needs to be renewed as no decision yet on PR sponsorship.

Lmo was issued back in 2011, 2 year work contract. Now the wp expires feb 28. Do I need a new lmo before applying for extension?

Nitzan I completed my spouse sponsorship via Tel Aviv, Embassy. Curious u mentioned u hired a lawyer, I assume Israeli lawyer. Why is he not answering all these questions?? FYI be very careful, Israeli laWyers are not educated about CDN immigration. good luck!

I paid this online, easy process via visa. Then I faxed the receipt to both inland office and embassy in foreign country. Next day passport request ;)

Like I said previously, personally I didn't "save money" on this procedure. Didnt seem like this is where I should "cut corners"

Is your uncle a translater? Or just speaks both languages?

Word of advice I'd have it professionally done. Had all of mine. This way there wont be any issues or delays. Paying is better than facing delays and issues with your file.

Everything you have translated must be done by a professional translater with a translation certificate that they provide and notarized by a notary. I can refer you to a good one in Israel (one I use to work with). Private MSG me your email ;) My advice is provide more than asked it never...

We did his medical here while he was visitong me. We paid $120 but im not surprised Israel is a ripe off!!! I also paid online (fastest option) on the site via Visa. hope that helps! :D

Hi Sab The intial approval at that time was 3 months. It's less now check the website. TLV Embassy received our file 2 or 3 week of August. They started processing it on September 11/12 and October 5/12 we received the Passport Request and on Oct 11/12 we where done!! Like I said previously...
