Not declaring the child is misrepresentation. Your lawyer has threatened your entire application and personally I feel this could very well be the basis for the interview.

The child needs to be added to the application as a non accompanying dependant. You need to provide very good evidence that there is no way that you can have the child medically examined.

You should order GCMS notes ASAP.

I did ordered and im waiting for then, hope to get then before interview, im working in getin some kind of evidence where i can show then at the interview

You need to provide very good evidence that there is no way that you can have the child medically examined as well as a notarized declaration from the applicant that they understand that this means the child will be excluded from the family class and they won't ever be able to sponsor the child under any circumstances.

that during the marriage we did not had children, so i have not ways to proof thats my child and no way to proof she is mine,

I think you need to get rid of that lawyer, and find a very good lawyer to hopefully fix this problem.

How long did it take you to get the interview letter from when your file reached SVO?

Our file reached SVO at 6 January and we will get the interview letter request at 8 June (I got the letter in my hand around 20 something June)

its been One year already since i receive letter for interview and 21 month total time waiting
my spouse wrote email to cic and they send standard email that application is on interview que
once interview is schedule they will inform me dont know what to do
