I have submitted my PP on June 23,2016 at Dhaka.

Meanwhile received two text messages as follows:


RECEIVED ON JUNE 23:

Visa application, tracking ID No. XXXXXXXX has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 23/06/2016.

RECEIVED ON JUNE 28:

Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXXXXXXX has been received by the Canada Visa Office Singapore on 28/06/2016 for processing.

I was just wondering it took five days to reach the document from Dhaka to Singapore by courier.

Doesn't take that long. It takes 1 day. You sent on 23rd which is Thursday. 24 and 25 was Friday and Saturday so VFS office was close. They sent on Sunday which is 26th and Singapore received on 27th and VFS office updates next day and it said they received on 28th. So took 1 day. My wife submitted on 13th, they sent on 14th and Singapore received on 15th and updated by VFS office on 16th that its was received.

Dear Hasan.

VFS sent my passport 4 May 2016 to Singapore and Singapore received my passport 9 May 2016. It took five days to reach the document from Dhaka to Singapore by courier. I got my passport 46 days later.

You sent on 4th which is Wednesday. Vfs office sent on 5th which is Thursday. 6 and 7 was weekend for VFS office, 7th and 8th was weekend in Singapore. So when Embassy opens on Monday 9th it gets update by embassy to VFS and VFS sends you text.

From my point of view interview is a normal process. Interview does not mean who have red flag only those applicants face the interview. Without red flag many applicant faces the interview and pending for interview. 90% applicants are pending for interview and 10% applicants are not facing their interview. It doesn’t mean 90% marriage is fake it means immigration officers want to meet the applicant.

Especially juwelsingh, Canada_PR_Applicant,Javed 120 and many silent reader who have no red flag face their interview and get their visa. The people face their interview like chit chat and very quickly get their visa.

I know silent reader but don’t want to mention their name, they have no red flag and their interview is very normal.

Second marriage interview is very tough and not normal interview. But first marriage interview is very normal and they face no difficulties.

My marriage is second and I face the worst interview. My red flag is why I get quick remarriage after my divorce. But I see in this form and many silent reader who have no red flag and face their interview very peacefully.

Most of the time first marriage interview is normal and every time second marriage interview is tough and many applicant refused by immigration officer.

If I said interview is not normal process it is injustice to those people who are pending for their interview without any reason. Only for red flag I can’t say that interview is not the normal. Interview is only not normal who have red flag but the people who have no red flag interview is very normal. So in this sense I can say interview is normal because now a day most of the applicant face their interview if he has red flag or not.

It is my opinion.

That's exactly true. It happens to us too. We ordered our GCMS Notes in the June 1 and we just got it today. When we look at our notes the last

update that show is on the June 7 in the notes its only said 2 words : Interview required. That's it. No other explanation. And the update of our notes

in June 8 they sent us the interview letter. The officer didn't explain clearly the reason why do we have to go for interview. Even our previous notes

said that possible wav it doesn't mean that our interview will be waived.

So even you don't have any red flags you have to be ready that you will be called for interview anytime. This is just my opinion. I'm thinking that

for certain country you will be asked for interview even you don't have any red flags.

Straight forward cases with no issues normally don't get interview provided relationship proofs as submitted are apparently very strong.

Dear all,

I want to share interesting story based on true story. One of our Bangladeshi applicants who have no red flag in her application and her marriage is first. The visa office request her for passport and the applicant decide to submit her passport the visa office through VFS. But 3 days later the visa office sent her that she is pending for interview.

She did her interview March 14 morning time and she got her passport with visa. Her interview is very normal.

Really Farhana when , seems like my case , pass port with singapre visa office and they return my PP with interview letter
nearly one year is gonna be finish in next 20 days waiting for interview

They can always extend the medical maximum 30 days. They will ask if you can go to Canada by a certain date and fast process everything. This happened to my friend's wife. Good luck

When exactly is your interview? 15th July or 15th August?

You have to prepare well by addressing all red flags, if any.

Take mock video interview as many times as possible.
