Dear All,

Today my wife (the sponsor) has received my police clearance from Toronto Police Service exactly ten days after application and sent a scanned copy by email attachment. Is it okey to forward this copy to SVO mentioning my UCI number? Or shall I have to get the original from my wife by courier and then send to SVO by DHL?

Dear All,

I have done my medical exam today at the following CIC approved facility:

OBSERVATIONS:

1) They have modern facilities with professional staffs.
2) Total Taka 5800/- paid in cash equivalent to CAD 95/-.
3) Time required 2.5 hours, a bit slow service
4) Test done: blood work, chest x-Ray, pressure, weight, height , urin ,eye & ECG
5) ECG bed was very dirty, no paper roll provided, same linen are being used!! Horrible!!
6) They have e-Medical facility but needed a passport sized photo

My report will be sent directly to CIC on Sunday next.

As you can see I did remedical on 19th May and they are supposed to send me a proof of certificate that my medical report has been sent to CIC via eMedical system. After repeated phone call for the last couple of days followed by several emails, I could contact the dealing associate, Mr. Sohel today on 28th May who told me that they couldn't send my report yet because the system is not accepting IME number as included on my CIC authorization form IMM 1017 E. As per doctor's advice, Mr.Sohel will try to upload my report today in another direct method which I didn't understand clearly and after that I will get my proof. Let's see what happens next!!

I also spoke to MR.Sohel. lol. This is what he said to me. The report gets uploaded to a server. Your Medical report actually goes to Delhi. Delhi is in charge of looking into everyone's medical report from South Asia. Once they check your report and everything is well then they give green signal to Singapore and you get passport request. The certificate you get only when you do upfront medical. Which means you do your medical on your own before your file is created and before CIC request your medical. Once your file is created then you just get the paper receipt which you and my wife both got it.

I know that CIC always want to see the original copy of Police clearance. It could be because the one we get in BD is not digital and its more like hand written. I don't see any problem sending them an email with the scanned attachment. If they want to see the original copy then they will email you back.

You need to send your police clearance from all countries where you physically stayed over six months. If you are living in Bangladesh permanently during your whole life and never stayed in any other countries, then you need to send police clearance from Bangladesh only. If CIC didn't mention your wife's name, she doesn't need to send her police clearance.

Hasan already give your answer and I am 100% agree with Hasan. May be you have still some confusion that’s why you ask me about my husband police clearance. Read carefully what I want to mean in my writing----------------

Who sponsor you?

Ans: your wife.

Who is applicant?

Ans: Mr Javed is applicant.

Who face direct interview?

Applicant face the direct interview to immigration officer.

After interview the visa office only required the applicant police clearance, update form and landing fee. The visa office required your documents not your wife I mean sponsor.

In Canada spousal immigrant visa, the visa office sends the same email the main applicant and his or her sponsor. You wife get the same copy which they send you. It is the system of visa office. They sent the same email both applicant and sponsor.

You wife already live in Canada and she is not applicant. You don’t sponsor your wife and she doesn’t come in Canada. The visa office required only your documents.

Brother very simple thing that you and your wife got the same email and it doesn’t matter she got the email 10 days later. Read the email carefully and you will find that all the documents required about you. The email which they send your wife it is the carbon copy of your email.

No my husband did not sent his police clearance because I and my husband know that which email my husband got it is the carbon copy of my email.

Brother no matter and don’t think too much. I will advise you read your email several time if you don’t understand and you will find your answer. Again I want to say they required only your documents not your wife. Hope you understand.
