I received 1st acknowledgement latter December 2013
I received prof of relationship document January 2014
I received 1st interview letter on April 2014
I received interview letter April 2016
Interview date may 1st week.
Ask my father for cross chack:
1) our marriage date
2)how much spend money on marriage
3)who bear money on marraige
4)what my father doing
5)what is my wife name
6)our marraige was secend or 1st marraige
7)our marraige love or arrainge.
8)my wife family was my father relative or not

No I did not have any GS note.how to find this.
After how many days the call me my interview is possetive or negative.
They don't keep my application form.
That's y I m worrid abt it..thanks brother and sister.

Sounds like the same lady took my wife's interview which was also first week of May. Its an Asian tall lady who doesn't smile lol. Who is more interested in pictures and Facebook in your phone than other documents. The police clearance is optional as you can see in the interview letter. It says if you have it then you can bring or submit later on. So don't worry about it. As long as yo answered all questions and cross reference matched and had some solid evidence from your Facebook and other stuff in your phone you are good to go.

Dear all.recently I did face interview .the officer did not see my police clearance .phone statement .any prof of document .she just see my facebook.and and picture she ask me lots of question.she call my father and ask about my marriage .my and my father answer was same.but I am little bit worried about she don't keep my passport or any things.after finished my interview she said they will let me know about 4 to 5 weeks.can you help me please is my interview was positive or negative .thank you all

on going relationship or did you spouse visit you , do you have kids togather , how often your wife visit you from canada

That’s very good news that your application status is “In process”. If you click in Process what you see? My strong believe that your case is positive because I find no difficulty. I don’t know I feel may be immigration officer call you like my husband somehow you miss the call. I think if my husband that day not picks the call they will not give my decision and my result will delay. Hope you will get your GCMS Note and get your answer. Please let me know what you find in your GCMS NOTE.

Hey Rumu
Did you email them to the address i sent you? You should get replay quick by those. Only one thing might delay your process is your police verification. I know in same cases it can take up to 4 months to get police verification and background check done. Your background check actually is done while you are waiting for interview date and other processing time. Some cases they don't do it til you do your interview. That can be the only thing probably delaying your process. It happened to 3 people i know. I am pretty sure you will get a positive answer. If it was a negative answer then they wouldn't wait this long to give the bad news and no need to do your background and police verification since they are saying NO to you. So stay positive.

That's all the last update from their side.
So far I remember I didn't miss any call but I might who knows!!

Dear Rumu,

Log in with your husband's UCI number, You will see a much more detailed information about the application. One more thing, check exactly which email address you used back in 2013 when you filled out the application forms. Maybe you change your email or something cause it's extremely unlikely that the SVO won't respond at all...

We received your application for permanent residence on DATE.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on DATE.
We started processing your application on May DATE.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you a letter on (The date when they sent you email for interview and location). Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Do DHL as it will take one business day and you have a confirmation of someone signed and received it.

I got a very strange reply from new delhi visa office via case specific enquiry. i am posting to see if someone got similar reply and what was the outcome of this reply. I am going paste reply below.

Actually we have very straight forward case. Interview was done on 1feb 2016 and file was approved by the interview officer. We got remedial request on second day of the interview and completed on 5feb 2016.

However mp inquiry and gcms notes clearly states that eligibility,criminality and medical is passed and file is forwarded to RFV(ready for visa unit), but still couldnt get any passport request. i would really appreciate your replies. thanks.

I would say SCAN and send as attachment by email. keep in mind Files must be 2 MB or smaller. If you include multiple files, the total size must be 3.5 MB or smaller
