um just waiting for result.next Monday will complete 6 week that time give the lady officer .yes u r right you and me r in same interview but just two thing r not match that my father in law matter, I think that is not important for my case coz this matter is not include in my case.but introduce matter with my husband is important but all over one thing is that our married is real that's way my father in law came n my father also told that I was pregnant n my family also agree with my marriage decision
if they use their brain than they will not refuse me coz I gave them lots of proof of my relation. I got married almost 2.5 years running

I wish they use their brain. They will only use their brain to find some tiny or minor discrepancy between the lines to reject your application. It's pathetic but don't loose hope. Stay strong and positive. INVOLVE your spouse to go the local mp's office and explain the situation.

Please update your information and please inform me when you get your passport request. Because many thing are similar to you. I got my interview letter 17 February 2016 and you also got your interview letter February 19, 2016. After interview they send you medical request 14th April 2016 and they also send me medical request 19th April 2016.So please inform me when they send you passport request.

I got my interview letter 17 February 2016 and you also got your interview letter February 19, 2016. After interview they send you medical request 14th April 2016 and they also send me medical request 19th April 2016.So please inform me when they send you passport request.

For sure i will keep you guys posted. Meanwhile can you also try to find out when and how we get the passport request? And exactly how long it takes to submit the passport and pick it up?

People are saying 2 or 4 or 6 weeks. And somebody saying through VFS and somebody saying through dhl with clearance from foreign ministry.

It's kind of confusing so if you please can look into it with your expertise....

I have a question for you. Till date how you get correspondence from Singapore? Letter or email? If email then can you please double check your spam or junk folder too? Its very unusal that they updated the system in April 6 and still you didn't get anything. Cause I get the interview letter in February 17 and cic updates February 19. Same as medical redo too. I got the email first then got updated.

Please step up a bit. I know it's very hard for you but you have to be strong and do involve your lawyer and spouse cause I asked my lawyer about your situation and he replied to me that there's a good chance of missing something from your end. It has to be some kind of communication gap.

Sorry if I am rubbing my nose too much but I just want you to know the magnitude of this issue.

What kind of documents you need to bring your interview. Which documents support your marriage such as--------------

• Joint bank account certificate
• Bank account statement
• Bank nominee bank certificate
• Money transfer receipt
• Viber call list
• Hangouts call list
• Skype chat log and screen shot print out
• Cell phone identity paper
• Insurance nominee paper
• Emails
• Supportive letter from family and neighbor
• Family pictures (both in-laws photo with you and your spouse)
• Jewelry Receipt (Gift from your husband)
• Saree Receipt (Gift from your husband)
• Your husband picture in Canada in any place
• Bring your and your spouse photo together. Not same place picture, bring it different place picture.

If you bring supportive letter from your friends and relatives be careful about one thing they should know about your marriage in detail and also what you write in your form otherwise it will create problem. Immigration officer can call them and ask them anything.

You people can provide all this documents when you apply for you wife or husband spousal immigration visa. It will strong your application.

The answer is VFS office. Recently 2 of my friends wife came to Canada. The both received passport request on January and both were requested to submit at VFS office. Took around 3 weeks from the day they submitted till they picked it up at VFS office. I hope that helps.

I am so lucky that u n Farhana always tens about me. my husband also very tens that's way he can not do his job very well. my mother in law lived with him in Toronto but she is suffering from lupus.all of my family member feel very sad only for me coz few months before I lost my baby.my lawyer said that he didn't get any email.my lawyer was imform me that I have an interview he got an email.they always send email to my lawyer not me or my husband.lawyer said we have to wait for letter.than he will take action.

Its sad for everybody when any of us hear any kind of visa refusal. People who live abroad always feels good when they hear any good news regarding people coming in even though they dont know the newcomers personally. I truly empathize your situation. Its good that you have a legal representative but I dont know why he is not taking any action since Singapore issued the correspondence on April 6 AND HE DIDNT RECEIVE ANYTHING. Its been more than 15 days???!!!! WAIT FOR WHAT???

Next tuesday is 26th of April!!!! He just have to inquire about the correspondence which you are missing on April 6. Just send him a screenshot of your file status from cic website. Probably he will understand what he has to do. He just need 5 minutes of his "busy" schedule. Sometimes I do question about some certain individual's work ethics. We are your clients, not your customers. I guess they just need the money, doesnt give a damn about how it feels to live apart from your loved ones after getting married for 3 years.

Hows your shopping and packing going? So we have to submit our passports at VFS. I checked there website, each applicant has to pay around 2500 BDT (such a ripoff). What do you think about the airlines and airfare? I have no idea about buying tickets from Bangladesh. Please let me know about some good airlines and airfare so that I can budget a bit for one way airfare. I did travel with Air Canada and British airways and more recently with Turkish and Emirates. Hope one of these will work with the budget.
