My husband has got and admission from one of the Canadian universities with full fund. As there is a great bond between us (we are married for five years) and we have a 1-year old doughter. So I and my daughter want to accompany him during his studies.

I have bachelors degree with 3 years of job experience.

would you kindly let me know that which kind of visa is suitable for me with less risk of rejection? visitor or open work permit?
and what document I should upload?

Thanks a lot. My husband lives in Toronto in Whitby. I will come in Whitby.

I know now a day you are much tensed about your application. But I don’t think there are any difficulties in your application. Because they ask your husband only 3 question. So don’t worry Trust me you will get a good news very soon.

When I got GCMS note I find two red flag in my application one is my second marriage and other is my marriage is so quick.

Hello everyone
My husband has his interview in a few days
we started our application in July 2014!
we have a baby together who is now 5 months old
My question basically is once the interview is over and IF they are satisfied how long will it take for them to give him is papers?
i am confident as per the interview BUT i can't take this living apart situation anymore so the question really is
how long does it take to do a security verification in Dhaka Bangladesh?
we did already submit the medical report and the police clearance.

What kind of documents you need to bring your interview. Which documents support your marriage such as--------------

• Joint bank account certificate
• Bank account statement
• Bank nominee bank certificate
• Money transfer receipt
• Viber call list
• Hangouts call list
• Skype chat log and screen shot print out
• Cell phone identity paper
• Insurance nominee paper
• Emails
• Supportive letter from family and neighbor
• Family pictures (both in-laws photo with you and your spouse)
• Jewelry Receipt (Gift from your husband)
• Saree Receipt (Gift from your husband)
• Your husband picture in Canada in any place
• Bring your and your spouse photo together. Not same place picture, bring it different place picture.

If you bring supportive letter from your friends and relatives be careful about one thing they should know about your marriage in detail and also what you write in your form otherwise it will create problem. Immigration officer can call them and ask them anything.

You people can provide all this documents when you apply for you wife or husband spousal immigration visa. It will strong your application.

um just waiting for result.next Monday will complete 6 week that time give the lady officer .yes u r right you and me r in same interview but just two thing r not match that my father in law matter, I think that is not important for my case coz this matter is not include in my case.but introduce matter with my husband is important but all over one thing is that our married is real that's way my father in law came n my father also told that I was pregnant n my family also agree with my marriage decision
if they use their brain than they will not refuse me coz I gave them lots of proof of my relation. I got married almost 2.5 years running

I understand your feelings and your situation. My marriage also got 2 years 2 month. The immigration interview process kills my 2years 2 months. The immigration officer has no emotion, no feelings. We all know one thing proof our marriage is genuine. But the true thing you need to proof your whole life in detail. Many genuine marriage are refuse because what they put in the form if it not match in the interview the officer think that the information they put is not right and to them it is a lie. To add one more thing with Farhana is; they just pick random cases with remarraige because they "assume" it has more potential to become a fraud. Don't worry too much. Something is not in your hand. Hope for the best and start planning ahead of needed.
