Hi again! I consulted a immigration consultant and it seems that only if I finish my landing interview and leave Canada before I receive my PR card, I will need a PR Travel Document to get back. Because I'm travelling very soon on September 30th, I don't think I will do my landing interview before I travel back, so I should be fine with my VISA. Is that correct? Thanks again!Once you are officially landed, all Canadian visa and permit (work, study) become void. So if you just have your DM and haven't landed yet, no problems, your work permit and visa will be valid. But if you land before you travel, then you no longer have visa and work permit and you need your PR card to travel, but it takes about 2 months to come. If you need to travel during that time, you can apply for a PRTD (PR travel document). But you have to apply abroad and it takes few weeks to get it.
