Hi you might be right . But I feel it different way I went our MP and he was very helpful . They called cic I front of me and I just pass the medical. They transferred my file and cic officer said that they haven’t started reviewing eligibility yet. So that means they transferred my file but didn’t even started reviewing eligibility yet. And m November applicant so still away from timeline .
I was referring to those who got SA and transfer letter instead of AIP.

I would suggest you order your notes to see why they transfered your file. They usually transfer your file without AIP if they have doubt about the genuineness of your relationship or if they find something on your background check. As the letter says, they may call you in for a relationship interview or ask additional document or clarification. Good luck!!
One more question. What kind of consent form did you attach ordering the notes, is there any specific form for that? And did you get any good news by now, as I understood, you are May applicant, is it correct?

I didn’t attach a consent form since I asked for myself as the principal applicant. They asked for my fingerprint in June. Just be patient and send whatever they ask.

But can you ask for notes if you are not citizen or pr? The problem is that we did not get any additional requests, just sitting and waiting. My partners' dad has serious health problems, that is why we are jumping up and down, as he cannot go back home till the process is completed.

To send a request you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently in Canada.
So if the PA is currently in Canada then he can request himself/herself. You will find the consent form on IRCC website https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...s-information-privacy/forms/request-5744.html

Ei hey! We are same date of applicant, Aug 17th :D

How long had you waited to get a phone call from CIC since you received the landing letter?
Yay August 17 buddies! :D

I didn't get a phone call from CIC; everything was done through email. The letter about the decision being made came about 4 hours after I got the email about landing today.

September 1st applicant

I believe my partner and I just received AIP and SA. The (Eligibility Passed) message/email. I have an appointment for RCMP fingerprints tomorrow.. Hopefully not long now!
Congrats! Could you share your timeline?

Wow my wife got AIP yesterday and this morning got decision made in ecas on both sides! (Assume is good as haven’t been asked for more info or got any procedural fairness letter).

Just waiting for landing date now?
Yaaaaaayyyy! So good to hear that!
Congrats guys!

Some people still receive SA and DM letters. But technically after DM is landing letter and it’s probably not to busy the office there \0/.
