Hi everyone,

Im Aug 2017 applicant. Did my medicals last week.

I got an email from cic to submit Police certificate from my home country which is Nigeria. Just wondering if anyone who can give me an idea on how to get this done.

I did obain a police certificate back in 2015 which I used for my first and also wondering can I still submit same one or will I have to go through the heck to get a new one.

If you haven’t left Canada since you last obtained your PCC, it should be just fine. I used one that was 3 years old, but I had been in Canada since. It worked just fine.

We revived SA after DM and AIP. It may not arrive in the same order, but rest assured, it will.

did you re-apply for the OWP before you submitted the restoration of status?

Yes. I reapplied without status and with passport expiring within 6months. Then when I got restored and have a renewed passport I sent them a copy and waited patiently for news.

May applicant. I had posted earlier. I received my AIP email on March 16. I landed on April 13. The landing appointment email came in after 3.5 weeks. Good luck everyone.

Thank you for the answer! I received the confirmation letter on March 15, but still waiting for the CSQ to arrive. I called them yesterday and they said it was approved and sent already, now I just have to wait! Hopefully it will arrive today!

I received my medical examination notice 2 days ago by email. Actually all i got was an email saying that: "You have a new message in your account for application:xxxxx". After logging into my application all my message said was:" Medical Report - Section A Client identification and summary (IMM 1017E) - April 11, 2018"
I tried downloading the form but realized that Im supposed to get an email with a IMM1017E form with a number.
Is that correct? I did not get that email. What should I do? Should i email CIC? Which address should I send that email to?

Does anyone know from the time of the medical exam, how long it is until the final decision?
Apparently when I applied for my OWP, I didn’t pay the right fee, so I need to call them and discuss this.

Our mycic account finally shows that medicals are passed. April 2017 submission. Its been exactly a full year. Now is the final stretch. Nothing to do but wait for that DM letter.
