Guys, so happy to share - just saw on myCIC that work permit is approved!!!
Valid till January 23, 2020!

No email yet though, I guess it will take a few days to receive it in mail?

It takes an extra day to receive the email, so you will get it soon. And then it's usually a week or less to receive it on your mail

my OWP was approved yesterday (on CIC) and today it says it was udpated, it says its still approve, but says the document is invalid?

im freaking out here, does anybody knows what this means?

SOWP approved on myCIC - January 24, 2018

Mine took exactly 3 months from App recd date. Nowdays it is between 3-4 months, assuming you have paid all the necessary fees ($100 OWP holder fee + $155 app fee)
