It seems like their system has an issue and you have to manually add both fees. They sent my application back for non payment of the $155 :(
Good Luck!
Ah yikes! Did they send your WHOLE PR application back or just your OWP application? I'm paying it now c:

For those who are in colleges in Ontario and you are a spouse or common law of a citizen or pr, you are exempted from international fees. This is according to the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Operating Procedure on Tuition And Ancillary Fees Reporting.

Hi, I am a student in Toronto. My husband received his PR last sept. WE have applied for the spousal sponsorship 2 weeks back. so I guess , i must be exempted from the international fees?

Also , in what stage would i be exempted from that ( as my knowledge goes, its after i get the " Approval - in - principle"). If yes, in how much time can I expect that.

TIA

Oh... what... What does SIN mean?
And how about AIP letter, I haven't received anything like that... Or maybe because I applied from Quebec?

SIN is social insurance number
https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/sin.html

Regarding AIP, it takes a while.. for most people, they will get it as last step before getting landing confirmation. For my case i dont get AIP but it was Decision Made (DM) only so i consider it as AIP.

Again regarding previous question.. you can replace AIP with AOR instead..

Thank you so much again Nadaa! I will resend the link today :)

As for SIN, can I apply for SIN while I'm waiting for Open work permit result?

For AIP letter, yes, as I applied inland too so I think I will have DM instead of AIP.

Wouldn't it be nice if suddenly your application showed that your medical were received and passed? Well this is what happened to me, we have never received a medical request and now it is showing as passed.
I am wondering if they've found an old medical that my wife has taken 1,5 year ago for other visa or it is just another glitch on the system.
Anyway that might be a good sign that they are starting touching April applications.

I don't know from were you took your information but RAMQ don't accept AOR instead of AIP. They do give coverage if you have OWP+AOR and work full time but it doesn't give you access to prescription drug plan as you would have with AIP
