AIP was dated July 17, 2017. ECAS on the applicant side says Application received. and if you wil click it, it says medical passed. So just have to wait a bit and hope this process comes to an end. :)

Yeah, should be any time. @browning911 was in the same state for a month or so (can't remember). It was determined that it was a delayed security clearance. So, I wouldn't worry.... it's coming. If you are in Ontario or Quebec, apply for OHIP/RAMQ so that you can start that process...

Musing for the day: "Mother Earth -- I thought you were flat. Now, I find out you have "curves". Why? You just made mathing harder. Can't we just go back to the old times, when you were flat??"

Husband got a call today from a 647 phone number saying it was from CIC, telling us our landing interview date and the address we were supposed to go to (427 Dundas St. W, Etobicoke). Looked it up on Google Maps and couldn't find were it should be. And on CIC webpage, the address for Etobicoke office is different. Got a little suspicious after I saw a few comments here about fake calls.

Any thoughts?
Thanks for the input!

The address we had to go to was 5353 Dundas Street West in Etobicoke.

Congrats Meaningful! Fantastic News!

Hi guys. I'm a May 2016 applicant . I received a request for medicals and marriage certificate in Mar 2017 . I didn't hear anything from them after submitting those documents till 2 days ago when they sent an email asking for evidence of cohabitation. I sent them joint lease, bank accounts, insurance, driver license etc. This afternoon when i checked ECAS i saw decision made on Sponsor side. Does this mean i'll get AIP soon? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

You can expect anything. They don`t seem to follow any order nowadays. I got DM on ECAS both sides and then SA was received by my sponsor. Since then No AIP or landing invitation.

Unfortunately, I don't think you will get AIP soon, because AIP means they are satisfied with the proofs submitted that you are in a genuine relation. If they asked 2 days ago for evidence of cohabitation, it means they are currently not satisfied with what you submitted that you are cohabiting. You sent them your evidence via CSE or courier? In any case, they will normally take about 45-60 days to attach your new evidences to your file. Once they review your supplemental evidence, then you will get AIP.
The decision made you see on the sponsor side means your sponsor was approved. He will likely get a letter confirming it soon (although some people never receive the letter...).

ah ok.. i sent it via CSE. I was thinking that they needed the evidence for SA too. Thanks for clarifying that.

did you get your DM letter or that one was also not sent to you? In a normal order, you should get letters confirming SA, AIP, DM, and landing appointment.
Anyway, don't worry about that, others have reported not getting them or getting them with a lot of delay. If you want to feel reassured, try reaching the call center to confirm you indeed have DM and in approximately how much time you can expect to receive an appointment from Montreal. But I'm sure you will get news soon.

Typically, from what others have posted, Montreal will send you a landing appointment letter 2 weeks before your appointment. In our case, it was quite long but I saw recently someone getting the landing letter 3 weeks after DM, landing 2 weeks later. So about half the time it took for us!.

I am not worried at all :) So far I am pretty happy with the flow of the things. I got DM on ECAS and SA. I haven`t received AIP, yet. I don`t like to make calls and be put on hold. During this application I have just been patient. Never called CIC, never contacted MP, never asked for GCMS notes :)
