Hey guys, it looks like inland spousal applications are hardly ever refused as I have not seen a single applicant on here state that he or she was refused. Is there any such thread for refused inland sposal pr applicants'? Just being curious.

Usually private. But they don't really needed to talk to you. If they do they will email or myCIC message

The theory is, any case can be refused.

Most are refused on the bona fides of the relationship. If it's legit, and they don't have concerns WRT family class membership, they don't refuse.

No she had a relationship interview about a month ago. She knows now that she will be refused, but she hasn't got the refusal letter yet, so she doesn't the reason for the refusal.

She'd basically be the first for me. Cast, vast majority need document's or interviews, but pass...
