In all honesty, she needs to reach her MP now to try to correct whatever it is. The MP can find out fast what the problem is.

That saves the year. Either way, it will be another year...and Outland has more Burdon of proof WRT relationship... Ugh
I fully agree, but I think it might already be too late for her. Of course she won't lose anything trying to reach the MP now, that's probably the best for her for now.
 
As I said, time is short for debate. MP now before refusal letter to address the issue. Not to spend another $1040 and a year waiting...

Sure she can reapply. But until you have a refusal, you have ample opportunity to fight!

I sincerely hope there is something to do to save her current application. Starting all over again would be a real nightmare.

@profiler i sent my application since May 5, and so far i did not get AOR, there some people sent app after me and got AOR

Hard to say what's going on... But May 5 isn't terrible... You could call to try to make sure they've started processing it?
