I can't remember where, but I saw on cic statistics that family sponsorship approval rate was something like 93 percent.

Hey guys, it looks like inland spousal applications are hardly ever refused as I have not seen a single applicant on here state that he or she was refused. Is there any such thread for refused inland sposal pr applicants'? Just being curious.

yes there one case that got refused that is inland spousal sponsorship 2015 I think poster name is Gloria and it also in all spouse appeals

yeah so first when her sponsor went in the power went off than he had to get someone to open the door for her because she was locked in and her Co worker get her the officer off, than she went in the interview the computer off the officer said something about real doing interview bUT they did not

1. On the day of our interview the lights went out about 5 minutes into starting my husband's interview. She was locked in the room and my husband to come out to get someone to get her out. She continued his interview in the main room which lasted about another 5 minutes. And then she tooks both of us to a room that was uncomfortable for all three of us to discuss the interview. She told us she might call for another interview and she didnt. Instead she too almost a month to give an answer. I don't think that's due process at all.

As I said, time is short for debate. MP now before refusal letter to address the issue. Not to spend another $1040 and a year waiting...

Sure she can reapply. But until you have a refusal, you have ample opportunity to fight!

@sylvain1 my heart goes out to her. I am willing to try to help, if she can send me more details.

In all honesty, she needs to reach her MP now to try to correct whatever it is. The MP can find out fast what the problem is.

That saves the year. Either way, it will be another year...and Outland has more Burdon of proof WRT relationship... Ugh
