If you have already paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fee of $490, you must bring a copy of your

applicants must provide their original valid passport at the landing interview.
You must attend the interview with the following:
Your own interpreter, if required
Your sponsor
Your Right of Permanent Residence Fee of $490 is required prior to your appointment.

so I guess this is a landing interview right?
