Yea , i understand..hopefully you receive it...please let me knw when you receive it..I am currently working , i was on PGWP but its expired now and my employers are constantly on me about it and i told them it should be here by ending january but now that doesnt seem likely.

Either is fine...just fill out the form with info as if to attach it to the sponsors file

Keep trying until you get a nice agent. For owp they can talk to you if it's been over 4 months.

Have you considered that maybe it's lost? Which I think, it's what happened?
I would be freaking out.....
 
For those waiting for OWP. Add 1 week due to holidays. So if you haven't received it and it's been 4 months 1 wk....you can probably try calling. They have been tad delayed due to holiday.

Also if you haven't, try linking the owp to your MyCIC profile to confirm they have it on record.

Thanks Simpsol22 , i havent been able to link it to mycic...but ur probably with that additional week because of the holidays...

Have you tried all of the tips...leaving passort blank...putting a space for city of birth? If so...definitely try calling cic and let them know you cannot link so you just want to make sure they have it.

Mine is linked to myCIC but still say "Open" after 4 months and 10 days.. :(

Good sign you can see it...but if it doesnt show approved keep calling until you get a nice agent

Thanks, I tried again with those tips and it did help ,but i do have a representative so i cant access it. Got a message stating " we found 1 application We see that you have a representative tied to this application. Your representative has access to your application.I guess i will have to contact my rep to help with this.
