So no one is gonna answer my question if there are any October applicants?

Take a look at the spreadsheet. We have not answered because we are not October 2016 applicants.

Edited: According to spreadsheet, as this moment, 7 people have received AOR for October 2016.

I did some extra research on the GCMS notes meaning and I found regarding Counterfoil Required that you have YES if the applicant is from a country that would normally require a visa to enter Canada. I am visa required country applicant and yet I have a NO under that category. Any ideas?

On the other hand, I have requested the notes for my TRV too and the last note on my files says: OSC (Operation Support Centre) was unable to validate admissibility. CP/OSC
I know TRV is not the topic of the thread but if you have any thoughts on the matter would be much appreciated.

Yes a counterfoil is like the visitor visa you got.. the sticker and the accompanying paper it was on when printed.

For Counterfoil required, ours says: No.

Husband does have a TRV.

I think we attached copy of the TRV. We also include copies of visitor extensions granted.

Not being able to validate admissibility is because they were expecting the CBSA to validate that on entry.

On the lighter side of the news, I got an email from my friend 'Dreamy Justin'. He's begging for money (again).... I want to reply and explain how things get done in Russia... and to suggest we could help each other out here....

LOL, I wanted to say you will get some $$$$ when I we get our !!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!.

@profiler: how long did you hafta wait until your wife's visa extension was processed ?
Cause now I'm starting to freak out; on Nov 13th will be 4 month until I filed the PR app so normally I would get my OWP.
HOWEVER, I need my status restored before that...

If this was Russia, that's how you get anything done. Everything requires a bribe there. I remember a story that was shared with me about getting the first Internal Passport (they have two passports; the internal affairs passport is government ID, where the international travel passport is used to leave/enter the country). Her parents used that as the 'training mission' on bribing government officers. Sure enough, she got that passport pretty fast.

So, I see this as a case where I can use his pan-handling to my advantage. If nothing else GET ME MY DAMN GCMS NOTES FASTER!

You filed for an OWP?

She's never extended her 'wisa'

Yeah I did, on paper, together with the PR. I assumed it was better this way. Then when I applied for restoration of status and sent a CSE note linked to the WP app to let them know I am restoring my status; so when I will have a decision made, if positive, I asked for OWP under the pilot program blah blah blah...

Does anyone know if OHIP would cover the required medical exam?
