I have said it before, and I will say it again. Reps ... are ... the ... WORST!

They are only required in the most complex cases, and even that, with a little research, you can probably represent yourself. They do not buy you any more "pull" or have your application processed "faster". All they do, is take your money for something they make you do, yourself, anyway (filling out paperwork).

There is nothing anyone can say that would convince me otherwise.

profiler, can you help me me wrote a letter please... i dont know what to say.... my consultant email me quoted"

Hello!

Here is the email address you must send the request to reschedule the interview: CIC-Edmonton@cic.gc.ca

Your email will include the following at the top:

UCI:

Application:

And then write that due to unknown email malfunction, the email was not seen until today.

Let them know you are more than interested in rescheduling the interview and you will try and schedule one for the soonest convenient date they will suggest.

Once they confirm that, call me and we will process the government fee you must bring with you to the interview.

Pay the fee immediately Botengcoke.

i just call my representative Today and told him that i got the DECISION MADE through my application number PERMANENT RESIDENT and STATUS.

then he called me and says, i got the interview Last June 6 2017 and i missed it!... he told me that there are some technical problem about the email, He cant Read the Letter.. and now my consultant told me that i need re-schedule and write a letter why i missed the interview!.... :(!!
I would ask the representative to write a letter saying that because of his incompetency, you missed the appointment and you need to reschedule an appointment.... You probably paid a lot for his (very bad) services, he should be able to take responsibilities or reimburse you a significant part of what you had to pay him.

Whose e-mail malfunctioned the representative or yours?

Sounds like bullsh*t.

Anyway send an email to the address provided. Something like:

UCI: xxxxxxxx
Application: F000xxxxxx

Dear Madam/Sir:
I was notified today of a missed landing appointment from my representative. They explained there was some problem with respect to the email sent.

I would like to reschedule the landing appointment at your earliest convenience.

Thanks,
Botengcoke

Uhm
What?

Email edmonton what I wrote, and change the UCI/App/Signature as appropriate.

You can CC your rep if you wish. Personally, this is over the line for me. I would tell him you'd pay the RPRF YOURSELF (that's the fee. it's $490, and you can do it easily online).

You know.... I think the very idea of not already paying the RPRF (or at least urging a client to) is kinda bad.

See, in this case, and I am sure in many others, the client gets excited that they are invited to land, but oh wait, another fee! I believe they should almost force you (unless there is some hardship) to pay the fee upfront! Then you can just enjoy the anxiety of waiting, and the thrill when it's over...
