No one really knows. Only the staff who service the webform requests can tell you. My guess: the officers for your case would be able to see there is a message in the queue. They would just wait for when it was finally attached and processed before continuing. Each webform submission has a submission time and date. Also, CIC does build in the inherent extension. Just in case you need to request an extension, they already pad the 30 days. So, no worries. Just wait it out...

Makes sense. I figured as much but hey I just realized that even though they requested me to send the documents through the webform. I have the options of uploading those specific documents through GCKEY. Has anyone used that option?

Not I. You can try, but I would send via CSE too. I am really not very trusting of anything connected to myCIC right now...

Both? Should I be worried? I only have "Decision Made" and "Complete".....

She does have her full health card now (not a temporary), and a permanent SIN (5 series). So I can only assume that "Complete" is "Complete"?

Have SA and AIP only. No DM (for PA)

MyCIC says the following:

Application status: We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Review Medical results: You passed the medical exam.

Additional documents: We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details. (Note: this is an error because IRCC put in a note advising that if there is no message in MyCIC then any document or medical request sent is an error. We did not receive a message.

Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.

Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.

Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Word for word, this is what the automated status update says when I call in! When I use the online tool is shows a DM has been made on the Sponsor Side and only Application Received for me, the PM. We have not received any physical request for documentation in the mail, although it states on the online tool they sent a request on June 3rd. Not sure if this is an error or not. Have tried calling multiple times to no avail...no agent available. But hey, I'm happy a DM's been made on my husband so I'll take that as a win!

We got AOR on our app May 15th, 2016.

i just call my representative Today and told him that i got the DECISION MADE through my application number PERMANENT RESIDENT and STATUS.
(a month ago).

then he called me and says, i got the interview Last June 6 2017 and i missed it!... he told me that there are some technical problem about the email, He cant Read the Letter.. and now my consultant told me that i need re-schedule and write a letter why i missed the interview!.... !!

I have said it before, and I will say it again. Reps ... are ... the ... WORST!

They are only required in the most complex cases, and even that, with a little research, you can probably represent yourself. They do not buy you any more "pull" or have your application processed "faster". All they do, is take your money for something they make you do, yourself, anyway (filling out paperwork).

There is nothing anyone can say that would convince me otherwise.

Yay Botengcoke!!! Congrats on DM. Too bad you missed the landing appointment.

Like Profiler said contact IRCC as soon as possible.

Strange because if you have a representative then they should have a received an e-mail and informed you. If you cancelled them as a representative then the e-mail would have gone to you. Try to find out if the e-mail they have for you/representative is correct.

It will be fine. They will just reschedule the appointment.

That was the first thing that went through me head. Where was the representative and if he/she missed an e-mail?
