Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2016 timeline and updates

Will All forms be signed by sponsor (Canadian)? or the applicant (who is going be sponsored)

When you click the application package online, there's the "instruction guide" it will guide you to every questions and you will see the forms that needs to be signed by the applicant and by the sponsor

Hey everyone I have just realized I forgot to include the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, I would rather pay it up front instead of causing a delay, my Wife has already had her medicals done. Our application was delivered to CIC on the 22nd of March and they haven't opened it yet, How should I send them the receipt?

On the additional family information IMM 5406.
On the marital status box for the applicant and spouse, based on the instructions you have to put there is
"Married-Physically Present" for both because that is the applicable for us. after filling out on the computer and print, the whole "Married-Physically Present" cant be seen completely. All you can see in the marital status box is
"Married- Phy". What i did is, i fill that out and leave it blank on the marital status box. after i print, i used a pen to write the "Married-Physically Present" on the marital status box. is that ok?

Yes that's should be fine. I know on my application I had to make an additional spreadsheet for additional family information because they won't fit (specially the addresses)
I copied the format on the original form and sign the bottom of it. But what's you did is write too as lo g as it looks clean

just want to check if i did it correctly on OWP payment.

1. Work Permit (including extensions) – Maximum of $465 for group of 3 or more entertainers applying at the same time and place - $155
2. Open Work Permit Holder fee $100

total $255

Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

My question is do i still have to put station b in my package? or how is it go to the right processing for inland? based on the CIC website if you are going to use a courier like fedex, outland and inland goes to the same address. I just want to make it clear.

Just write inland spousal on the envelope. But anyway all are probably opened and sorted in a mail room before going to the the specific processing departments.

Do i have to put Not Applicable on the space for the signature of sponsor's spouse - common law (if co signer)
