Insending inland spouse application with open work permit goes to same address? CPC Mississauga ontario.

If you are sending your PR APP & OWP APP at the same time, they both go to CPC Mississauga. But If you have already sent your PR APP and/or planning of sending an application for OWP, you have to send it to Vegreville.

If the applicant would like to obtain an open work permit, he or she can apply for one at the same time that they apply for permanent residence. To do so, they must include a completed Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker form [IMM 5710] (PDF, 449.75 KB) and the appropriate fee, indicating that they are applying for an open work permit.

Applicants who have already submitted an application for permanent residence but have not yet applied for an open work permit can do so by submitting a completed IMM 5710, including the appropriate fee, to the following address:

CPC – Vegreville
WP - Unit 777
6212-55 Avenue
Vegreville, AB
T9C 1X6

Regardless of whether the application is submitted before or after submitting an application for permanent residence, refer to the guide for Applying to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada.

Thank you very much.

And I also see this question which I didn't want to take chance.
Check the appropriate box or boxes to indicate if you are applying for:

A work permit with the same employer
An initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer
Restoration of your status as a worker
An initial or an extension of a temporary resident permit

Can you please help with that?

An Initial Work Permit or Work Permit with new Employer

Since you already have applied for you PR APP. I would suggest for you to include a cover letter with the details of when they received you application or AOR if you have one

Pre-Assessed..
I submitted my application back in October 17/15 via Canada Post and when I check the tracking number, it was received (with signature) on October 20/15 .. however, as of today's date (April 4/16), I have not received any letters and/or emails stating AOR..
I've read many posts on here that people get their AOR within a few months.. I have been waiting for almost 6 months and nothing..
Is this normal?
Why is it taking so long for AOR to come through??

I sent my application in on 3rd February and it was received on the 5th Feb at Mississauga. I have not yet received any AOR but I am using a law firm to represent me so they might hear anything first before I do. I would warn against using a law firm as although they are good I have just been stung with an invoice larger than my original quote and this was partly because of a meeting in the office I had with them last minute which is fine but also 'excessive communication' so I wondering if any of you think I should get clarification on excessive communication as this seems a pretty shady way of extorting more money from me, what do you guys think?

Excessive communication? What does that even mean? Do you call them a lot? If so, did they tell you about being charged (for their time) if you called them?
What an erroneous charge! I've never heard of this, and yes I think they're trying to take money from you.
I am also using a lawyer for my paperwork.. and he hasn't gotten anything regarding my application as of yet (meaning my AOR).

I totaled up the amount of emails I sent them between June 20th and February 3rd and it was 61 emails. Back in August I sent 3 in one morning and they warned me about excessive communication (first email was replying to them with information and forms they requested), second email was asking for clarification on something and the third email was something I had forgotten to put in the second email. After that I did not email them unless they requested information, or I required confirmation they had received files I had posted to them. I did this as they were slack in saying they had received information from me and when it is files containing pertinent information to my application and personal information it would have been nice for them to say they had received them which they did not hence me emailing them. Other than that we had very few phone conversations (I would estimate 8 or less in the application process entirety) and this was only towards the end of my application as they left things very late and I was left rushing around stressing my butt cheeks off worrying I had missed something. Turns out I had missed something and had to drive from Edmonton to Calgary the day before the application was submitted to hand over a piece of paper they needed (same day courier was way too expensive) and I got billed for that time as well. Now I don't mind being billed for that meeting as fair enough they forgot and I forgot this piece of paper and we both thought I had posted it. What I do mind is this whole excessive communication cr*p they are trying to pull on me. Does anyone else think 61 emails in 226 days is a lot?
