Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications 2016 timeline and updates

-SA / AIP / Medical: all between 6-630pm
- RPRF refund was 8:57 pm.

All on Tuesdays, save for AOR...

Hi Guys ,

I am trying to Apply for a Travel Visa from within Canada(currently have an OWP for inland spousal sponsorship).My previous visa was expired Oct 03 2016.I have to complete IMM5708E but i am confused about which option i should choose on the form

option 1 : Extension of Temporary Resident Status
Opton 2 : Initial Temporary resident permit or extension of temporary Resident permit
option 3: Restoration of Temporary resident as visitor.


Can anyone help with this....just wanna make sure i choose the right option

Thanks guys.. Browning, profiler, carol, Volkov etc. You guys right tho. I did try booking a medical a few months back but they said they couldn't until I've been asked so I'll jut wait in the meantime. Should I be worried tht they'll skip me over because I overstayed? ???

Also congrats to those who heard more good news within the last 24 hours!

If you overstayed for like a decade, maybe 5 years, then you may have an interview. But even though it's not "legal" under inland rules, overstay/out of status is acceptable (under Public Policy).

My wife (Russian) died laughing at the intro, where the Russian president refused to rekindle the cold war... "You already won! Don't be a sore winner!" The whole time that guy is on, she just laughs her ass off.
