Hi,
Would anyone be able to show me how to upload the Schedule A through webform? Another question I have is, do you need a Police Check etc if you've been living in Canada the entire time since turning 18? Thank you!

Web form is pretty easy. Fill in details, and just before you submit, (the screen after you fill your details and a nessage), it will ask you if you have any files to attach.

You can provide in your note, that you have only lived in Canada since your turned 18. As per CIC docs, no PCC is required for Canada. See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/canada.asp :

Do I need to provide a Police Certificate with my Application for Permanent Residence?
No

Congrats Carol!!

My boyfriend received his SA yesterday! ECAS say decision made under Sponsorship Application Status. My ecas say Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Has anyone done a affidavit of residence before? For immigration or other things? My MP assistant said it can strength the claims.
Congratulations for SA! I wish AIP and DM will come soon for you as well.

Thank you Profiler! My issue is that..Application submitted on March 27, received AOR's for both myself and husband(sponsor) on April 7,2017, and applications linked the same day. My ECAS says correspondence sent April 8, 2017..please submit the required documents/information. Been waiting a few weeks get an email or messages in my CIC but nothing. So I phoned the call centre yesterday, he couldn't tell me what information was requested but put in a request for the correspondence to be sen again..apparent that could take upto 6 weeks. I'm thinking it was a request for Schedule A, would you suggest I submit that through web form or wait it out? Thanks again

I'd send it anyway via web form -- if you have finished it.

Sorry, need to clear up one thing. You do not need to provide PCC from your country of origin if you been living in Canada since turning 18. However, you still need to provide one for in Canada.

Curious: where did you locate that info? I have been searching and cannot find it. Only that it's not required. That would make sense that it's not required, because CIC has a means to get info directly from RCMP, who owns and controls CPIC.

If you happen to have a link, I would appreciate that!

I could be wrong, but it's in the package when I filled out my application. It said to provide PCC from all countries where you have been living in for more than 6 months since you turned 18. That is why I took my wife to get her fingers printed and PCC for in Canada. It makes sense no because your fingers print are not available to them unless there were some prior crime you had committed or provide one when you initially entered Canada.

Anyhow, on the other hand, that's what I did and there seemed to be no issue so I am just speaking from my experience.

The link I provided above states that no, PR applicants do not require a PCC for Canada. However, pawing through the new application guide I am starting to wonder if any of CIC's online documentation is correct.

Eg:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5525ETOC.asp#expect :

"
When we ask you for police certificate(s) at this stage, you’ll have to submit them for:

the country where you currently live, if you have lived there for six months or more; and
the country where you have spent most of your adult life since the age of 18.
"

something changed on our status that wasn't like that before, it now says "You have passed your medical" ..... still no SA or anything else anywhere, but that was a new development in the last couple days so thought I would mention

It likely means they are currently working on your application. I would expect you will see some movement very soon.
