I didn't even know that existed to be honest.
It says:
"1. We received your application to sponsor X X X on November 9, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on November 30, 2016."

Yes, the assistant to the MP confirmed with their call that they have it. They also said even if they didn't have it, it shouldn't/wouldn't affect the OWP.

I will say though, through my (the Sponsor) eCAS, the Sponsorship Application Status says "In Process", and when I click on it it says
"1. We received your application to sponsor X X X on November 9, 2016.
2. We started processing your application on November 30, 2016."

The Permanent Residence Application Status only says "Application Received", and when I click on that it says
"1. We received X X X's application for permanent residence on November 9, 2016."

Does this mean, it might be the PR and that the PR hasn't started being processed?

Just to confirm, our letter says "It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent
residence as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class. Please note that
a final decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent
resident have been met."

I haven't received an SA, this is the first thing they have sent to us
