You might as well pay it when you have the resources to do so. You have to pay it before he gets his COPR. If for some reason (which I highly doubt) they don't issue a COPR, then you can be refunded that money. When you have your landing interview, be sure to bring a copy of the receipt. Also, make sure you should submit the electronic copy (pdf) to CIC via webform or myCIC.

Absolutely they do COPR. That's your landing form. It should be kept in the safest of safe places. They may not do a PPR, but COPR 110%.

Carol, when I said AIP is next for you I meant for you and hubby (your hubby is the one that gets AIP).

I tend to write like we (hubby and I are one) and same when I write about you and hubby.

Sorry for confusion.

We paid everything upfront too. And our medical expires in June 2017.

Anyone order GCMS notes recently? in 2017?

I was confused just by waking up this morning. You shouldn't be sorry ;)

Who, me? The missus has been here full time since September 2015.... we just don't think about it anymore. For us, it's basically a formality now. We will get there soon enough. We haven't seen any movement yet, but Carol was in the way. I am sure there will be something soon. Maybe on the birthday...

Speaking of which, we decided that we should do something big for the birthday. So, we are heading into the big smoke this weekend for some fun.

Yes we did, but only a week ago (March 8th) so I don't expect anything before April 10th. Somehow, I like to think we might get SA, AIP, DM before GCMS notes, but that might just be in my dreams!

Something tells me SA and AIP are already noted in them. You might see DM before you get them.

Well, I hope so. But it's not on mycic, and my MP was told that it was not assessed yet...
