Now you can link your application in myCIC or access it via ECAS with that Fxxxxxx number. You'll end up waiting until they contact you with requests (medical, police, interview (if required), etc). Usually the next step is SA, then AIP before DM.novitakrnawn said:

If 'gckey' (myCIC) knows your UCI (Unique Client Identifier), then the theory is, any application you have entered should be available for viewing, once it's linked to said UCI.
What were you extending?

This year they have tried pilots to try to reduce the backlog, and I suspect it's SIR that did that. Despite all the outward signs, we should have been in SIR as well, but somehow are not. So, I think they tried different things to see what would gain the most efficiency in clearing cases. They decided not to use that, so they have resumed the first-in first-out.Futurism said:

If you filed it, then your husband is under implied status until they approve it. The OWP is neat because it gives the holder the ability to stay and to work if they wish. That is almost always guaranteed to be issued with inland applications. SO, keep that in mind, just in case they do not approve the visitor extension (which I suspect they will, given that they will find his PR application on file).beate1961 said:
