Looking at the tracker there are about 300 odd applicants in 2015 and equal number is 2014. If the trackers consist of even 15% ( assumption) of all applications, still a total of 2-3K applications should't take 27 months for processing. If 800 Express Entry applications can be processed in 3-6 months ( average since launch of EE), Syrian refugees 25K in 4 months, families do deserve better processing times lines.
