I just reread my letter. Read it about 100 times partway. Then I noticed it says. " pay your RoRF. Fax the copy after which an appointment will be set"
Interesting.
Going to go run some errands. See if I cag have $490

So, guess who is working from home today, because the ridiculous gas company cannot make an appoint for anything other than "all day access from 8am - 9pm"... like, what the hell is that??

On a side note: naps.

So, they show up at 3pm. 5 minute fix and walk out....

I've been checking the online tool everyday since last week and just saw the DM status change!
Now I'm just waiting for confirmation from my rep that everything's in order and that this is good news since all official notices send to him.

You could.. they are working weekends lately...

But you didn't get a procedural fairness letter (a document request is normal... Fairness letters are not). So 100% it's positive.
