is that you

Yup. But luckily, I have a work-issued laptop. So, I just connect to work from where ever I am. I worked over-night as well, so they won't notice any change in my "productivity".

Seems pretty common. Why not? Clearly YOU also got superman eyes LOL

Is true story! :)

Though, I am a data nerd. Once you have a defined process (the form), I can quickly point out flaws that can cause headaches (and returned forms).

I assume there is no competition in gas business in your area. That's usually what happens when there is no competition...

I asked. Enbridge does have service in Ontario, but they and Union Gas (the big gas distributor in Ontario) have a sweet-heart deal where they don't compete with each other in the territories serviced.

Yeah it's totally just a formality. There is no climax. It's boring. You show up, proof read the COPR to make sure the data is correct, answer 3 or 4 silly non-questions, initial them, sign and date. You take one COPR, they take the other and mail it and one of your photo's away for a PR Card that comes to you in 8-10wks.

Really, it's more drama for you, then for anyone else. You have your DM letter now, so head on over to Service Ontario (make sure it's a full service one, as there are ones that just do vehicle registration and driver's license renewals) and claim your OHIP. That will get you started (then return with your COPR to make sure it's permanent).
