Spoke with my husband last night about your suggestion to call our MP. We decided I will keep trying while he is away working and once he gets home he will call, if nothing has come of calling CIC. He feels it will have more impact that way.
So not only counting down till he is home, count down to call the MP, lol. In the meantime, Ill get to listen to that lovely woman's recorded voice over and over again. I feel like a stalker

Yeah I agree, it has far more gravity coming from him than a soon to be PR. They usually will try to help if they can, but they have little choice if I citizen seeks help. (I wasn't trying to sound like a jerk here... but that's how they will view priority)
