I have chronic pain for more than 15 years now... a little pain on my pinky is nothing compared to nerve pain from the nerve roots of your spinal cord. I can handle this. So, it's not a fair scale ;)
i had foot and ankle surgery 2005 to 2010 diagnosed with chronic pain arthist and bad nerves

And now, pregnant! Falling apart, you are! ;)

I can top you here, but I won't. No need to dwell on the bad, right? :) Do you have a sex for the baby yet? Are you telling anyone??

Sorry when did you get your decision made letter ,just want to know how many weeks it took before you got landing from decision made

I think @legolg is like us. We didn't get the DM letter until a week after we had a landing appointment (which was 2 days after we got our DM letter).

So:
April 26: DM in ECAS and landing letter (within 2 hours of each other)
May 3: DM letter.
May 5: landing.

You're already at the OB stage??? I thought they didn't get involved until like 20-24 weeks or something????

The pain clinic I visit for cervical spine injections is located in the same area as the Diabetes clinic... many, many, many bellies... omg.

i am 21 weeks i guess 5 months i am consider high risk cause I will be 40 and type 2 diabetic

From January to May of this year, CIC issued 123,000 PR's. I am sure they don't have that many employees (maybe a few hundred). So, assuming there is 1,000 case processing agents. That would mean that they each have cleared 123 cases in that time frame, each (average). Imagine if there was less?

That in mind, I know I sent 75 photos, plus loads of documents. Some even send chat logs, emails, call logs, skype logs, etc. So, I think a little more patience is needed (I know it's tough).

ohhhhhhhhhhh, do I ever need more patience, lol...watching all these landings going on, so happy for everyone, just waiting for my turn now.

Yeah that's about the time they ship you to the OB. I wouldn't worry too much... As I said, many, many, many pregnant ladies I will see tomorrow -- it's every couple weeks that I go first thing in the morning -- there they are! It's like being at the OB's office again, haha!

Any day now :). I know it's really hard. Just ask some of my comrades around here -- they will tell you -- I went totally nuts around the beginning of March up to April 28th.... I think they signed a petition to have my internet privileges removed, so I wouldn't post anymore!

Remind me, my remembery is terrible (sorry!) DM both sides, right?

*le sigh*

You can *try* to have your hub call the MP for your riding. They may (or may not) be willing to use their magic MP powers to call on the "MP Line" into CIC to find out what's up... Usually it's better to have the Canadian or the PR call first (so the office becomes acquainted with the "constituent"). Not to say you couldn't try, yourself. But your hub may get better answers from the MP's office (if they are uncooperative).

Be sure to emphasize (sp) that you have persistently tried and are unable to reach anyone to help you. That'll be the ticket :)

https://www.ourcommons.ca/Parliamentarians/en/members?view=List and look for the "Find MP" button. Fire in your postal code, and bam, information comes out!

thank you.
Not quite sure what you meant by, call the MP for your "riding" (?)
Hubby is away working at the moment, so wont be able to call MP for 2 weeks...so even more patience is needed, lol
